Aaron Manz Bio

Aaron Manz joined Ontario Teachers' in 2012 and helps lead our investment activities in sustainability and the energy transition, including transaction sourcing and execution, as well as the ongoing management of the firm's direct private equity investments. Aaron’s skillset is focused on private investments and M&A, capital markets, due diligence, business development, strategy and portfolio management, with deep sustainability and energy transition sector expertise. He currently serves on the boards of FireBird Energy and Kanata Energy Group and is a board observer on Fulcrum BioEnergy. Previously, Aaron worked in management consulting in the Toronto office of the Boston Consulting Group. Before this he was a member of the Calgary investment banking team of Merrill Lynch.
