Tunde is responsible for coordinating legal affairs for the company and its solar projects, including review, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements. After law school, Tunde worked in the corporate law & business transactions group at the law firm Genova Burns LLC. Since then, he has served as counsel to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, Distributed Solar Development LLC, and – most recently – Infinity Energy. Tunde is a graduate of Rutgers University and Rutgers Law School.
