Bal Johal Bio

Bal is co-CEO of MML Capital Partners. He has led a number of investments for MML including investments into CSI Ltd, PIE/PSG Group, Blue Max Group, Arena Group, Clean Linen & Workwear, Instant Offices, Optionis Group, ParkingEye and The Regard Partnership and worked on others including Vanguard, EiC and Redmill Snack Foods. Bal is a director on the board of a number of these companies. Prior to joining MML, Bal was Investment Director at 3i leading a range of high profile investments such as SmartStream, Jungle.com, Workplace Systems plc, Telecity, Complete Care and Recognition. Bal started his career as a Management Consultant with Accenture later working as a Financial Analyst at HSBC. Bal holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University and is non-executive chairman of Knights plc.
