C. Alexander Harman Bio

Mr. Harman joined JFLCO in 1999 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s activities, including the acquisition, oversight and disposition of portfolio investments as well as the staffing of the firm’s investment professionals and its financial management. He has served on many of the boards for JFLCO’s investments, including currently serving as Chairman of CodeMettle, Global Marine Group, Integrated Global Services, NorthStar Group and TMS Group and as a director of Atlas Air Worldwide, CTS Engines, Mission Microwave and Trillium Engineering. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harman was a member of the Global Energy Group at J.P. Morgan & Company, where he focused on natural resources and utility-related M&A as well as debt and equity financings. A native of North Carolina, Mr. Harman graduated cum laude from Williams College, where he earned a B.A. in history with a concentration in pre-medical studies.
