Caimin Jones Bio

Caimin Jones joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is an Operating Partner. He has over 25 years of experience in both operational and advisory roles across multiple geographies and sectors. He currently serves on the board of Achievers, Inc. Prior to Silver Lake, Caimin was a Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Group in Europe, where he focused on operational turnarounds and carve outs. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, he worked for Marakon Associates, a boutique strategy consulting firm, where he worked on growth oriented projects in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Caimin started his career as a software engineer for Aldiscon Ltd. and subsequently managed turn-key energy infrastructure projects at Siemens AG. He holds a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland, an M.B.A from IMD Business School in Switzerland, an L.L.B from the Open University in the U.K. and is a CFA charterholder.
