Cyrus Nikou Bio

Cyrus Nikou founded Atar Capital after working 12 years as a serial entrepreneur in the private equity and debt markets. Cyrus oversees all aspects of the firm’s strategy, including M&A, operations, business and corporate development, and overall management of the firm. He is actively involved with every aspect of the transaction life cycle, and plays an active role with all of Atar Capital’s investments. Prior to founding Atar Capital, Cyrus co-founded and was a Managing Partner at the Revolution Capital Group, a lower middle market buyout investment firm based in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for executing and overseeing all of the firm’s transactions, as well as managing the financing and legal operations of the business. Cyrus holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
