Practice focuses on labor and employment law on behalf of employers, including work on discrimination and harassment claims of all types, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination cases, labor arbitrations, E.E.O.C. and State Human Rights Commission proceedings and Employment Security Department matters. Also advises employers with respect to personnel policies, discipline and other employee relations issues, in addition to business-related immigration matters.
