Dallan Pitman Bio

Dallan Pitman is a partner in our corporate transactions practice. Dallan has broad corporate experience with a focus on complex, cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint venture arrangements. In particular, Dallan specialises in private M&A transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors, with significant experience acting for infrastructure funds, private capital and corporates investing into a broad spectrum of infrastructure and energy asset classes. Dallan was based in the Ashurst Brisbane office from 2013 to 2018, and is now based in the Ashurst London office. He is qualified in Queensland, Australia and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
