Damien Segond Bio

Damien is one of the founding partners of the French office of CASE CASSIOPEA and has more than 25 years of experience in Investment Banking, primarily in M&A advisory. Prior to CASE CASSIOPEA, Damien worked in the ABN AMRO group (including 3 years at RBS) where he was Managing Director in the French Corporate Finance and M&A team and served as Member of the Managing Board of ABN AMRO Corporate Finance France. Damien is a M&A generalist with a focus on several sectors including notably healthcare services. He has a wealth of experience in advising French corporate and financial institutions in their domestic and cross-border transactions leveraging the strong international network of CASE CASSIOPEA. Damien holds a specialized Master from ESSEC, the Paris Bar exam and a Master in Law from University Paris II (Assas).
