Dan Brooks Bio

As a Principal at Sun Mountain Capital, Dan has developed an expertise in advancing regional entrepreneurial ecosystems through the management of fund of funds as well as direct investment programs. Dan also serves on the boards of Sun Mountain portfolio companies Fetch Delivery and UbiQD Solutions. Prior to joining Sun Mountain Capital, Dan was an Executive Budget Analyst at the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration. In this role Mr. Brooks worked closely with senior leadership at New Mexico government agencies related to finance and investments on a range of budget and policy issues. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from the University of New Mexico.
