Dan Coppel offers clients more than 25 years of experience, which includes leading on several landmark transactions. His practice focuses on cross border private M&A, private equity and joint venture deals and restructurings. He is a trusted counsellor to the boards of several clients and advises on corporate governance, corporate strategy (including dispute resolution) as well as divestments and acquisitions. Dan’s sectoral specialisms are varied and include technology, manufacturing, automotive and real estate investment. Dan was recognized by Chambers for mergers and acquisitions work under English law, private equity transactions, and for energy and natural resources work.
