Dan Ensslen Bio

Prior to joining Cove Hill, Dan spent 5 years at McKinsey in Boston and New York, advising consumer and technology companies on growth and value creation strategies. His focus was increasing revenue and margin across commercial levers with an emphasis on digital marketing. Before McKinsey, Dan worked at WPP/Kantar, helping companies build their brands and design more effective and efficient marketing strategies. Dan lives in Newton with his wife (Sarah), son (George), and their golden retriever (Maple). Outside of work, he likes to cook, stay active (skiing, Soul Cycle, running) and travel. Dan graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in History and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
