Dan Linsalata is a managing director at Harris Williams with a focus on healthcare IT. Dan has experience in a broad range of related sectors, including provider and payer workflow and data solutions, revenue cycle management, pharma/life sciences technology and tech-enabled services, employer health technology, and value-based care enablement solutions. Dan also has experience in a broad range of related sectors, including IT and technology-enabled services, human capital management, financial technology, and a broad range of healthcare services. Dan joined Harris Williams in 2012 and has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Boston office. MBA with High Distinction from the Tuck School of Business and A.B. from Dartmouth College.
