Dan Vereb Bio

Dan Vereb is a member of the Corporate Advisory & Banking group and is based in the Philadelphia office. In his role, he works with individuals and families who own private businesses and advises them on strategic issues that occur throughout the corporate life cycle. These transformative activities can include growth strategies, capital structure, financing solutions, M&A, succession planning, valuation, and liquidity events. Before joining the firm in 2022, Dan worked as a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in Santander’s middle-market banking group. Prior to Santander, Dan worked with middle-market businesses at Commerce Bank and PNC Bank. He received a B.A. from Harvard College and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
