Dr. Clemens Lanschützer Bio

Dr. Clemens Lanschützer advises on general corporate and real estate law, national and international M&A transactions, restructurings, and large-scale real estate transactions (especially portfolio transactions). In the real estate sector, his focus is on hotels, retail properties, and office buildings. Clemens Lanschützer is an active member of the Legal Tech Hub Europe. Before joining E+H, Clemens Lanschützer worked for several years at an international law firm in Vienna. Clemens Lanschützer studied law at the University of Vienna and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. He also completed postgraduate studies (LL.M. in International Financial Law) with distinction at King's College London.
