Earl joined HealthEdge as an Operating Partner and has over 30 years of global healthcare industry experience encompassing the medical device, distribution, and services sectors across the patient care continuum.\Prior to joining HealthEdge, Earl was CEO of two middle-market, private equity-backed healthcare product and specialty distribution companies and provided consulting services to a variety of public, private equity, and family-owned businesses. He also served as a Corporate Officer at Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., leading three strategic business units and the US service organization, and as Group Vice President for Welch Allyn, Inc., where he managed two business units, regional operations for Latin America, and corporate M&A and global Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Earl also spent eleven years with Elekta AB, ultimately serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Elekta Inc., and began his healthcare industry career at Baxter International. Outside of HealthEdge, Earl is involved with the Skaneateles NY Recreational Charitable Trust and has previously been active with the Auburn Memorial Hospital. He spent the early years of his career teaching and coaching in the Lynchburg, VA public school system and as a graduate assistant football coach at the University of Virginia.
