Fabrice Scheer Bio

Fabrice is Managing Partner of Alantra France Corporate Finance. Fabrice has extensive experience in M&A, having advised on more than 90 transactions (Business Services, Building Materials, Consumer, ect.) during his 20-year career. He has advised on numerous transactions for French entrepreneurs and private equity houses. Before joining Alantra, Fabrice created and managed the French UBS Investment Banking Mid Cap team from 2005 to 2019. He also worked during 6 years at Ernst & Young in the M&A department and 5 years at BDPME (CEPME – Sofaris) in the industrial financing department. Fabrice holds a DESS, Bank & Finance from the Université Lumière Lyon 2.
