Fabrizio Cancelliere Bio

Fabrizio Cancelliere assists corporate clients – mainly banks and financial institutions, investment funds, Italian and foreign industrial groups, including listed companies, start-ups and innovative SMEs – providing advice on domestic and/or international taxation, both in ordinary and extraordinary matters, drafting pro-veritate opinions and assisting in M&A transactions and reorganisations. Fabrizio also assists private clients, both Italian and foreign, in relation to transfers of residence, succession planning, and procedures for the transfer and/or regularisation of family assets held abroad. He is a member of study committees at the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants. He has been collaborating with Il Sole 24 Ore for over twenty years, both in an editorial capacity for the Regulations and Taxation section and in a training capacity, as a lecturer for the Master's Degree in Taxation and other specialist events on taxation and blockchain, and as a member of the team of experts for the column L'Esperto Risponde (The Expert Replies) and the related annual event Telefisco. He is also a speaker at tax conferences and seminars, as well as the author of articles on tax matters for Italian and international specialist journals. He also participated as a speaker at the 2022 Trento Economy Festival.
