Fabrizio Cavallaro Bio

Fabrizio Cavallaro, partner of the Firm, deals mainly with tax litigation, drafting the documents of the proceedings and intervening in the tax commissions, as well as extraordinary corporate transactions (reorganizations / restructurings, Private Equity and corporate finance transactions), business successions and generational transitions, financial and real estate taxation. He is a professor of the Master in Taxation and the Master on extraordinary transactions of Il Sole 24 Ore and carries out an intense publishing activity with conferences and editorial contributions for the main operators in the sector. He graduated in 1999 from the University of Catania. In 2000 he obtained the Master in Tax Law INFOR/IPSOA and has been registered with the Catania Bar Association since 2002. He corresponds fluently in Italian and English.
