Mr. Wuebben has spent over 11 years in the renewable energy space in various project finance, business development and advisory roles. Prior to Excelsior Energy Capital, Mr. Wuebben led both the project finance and tax equity syndication desks as Vice President of Structured Finance at Sol Systems, where he led origination and underwriting over $1.5 billion in project finance supporting solar transactions. At Sol, Mr. Wuebben also served in numerous M&A, corporate development and other business development roles. Prior to Sol Systems Mr. Wuebben advised on tax credit monetization for renewable energy and economic development projects as a consultant at Ernst & Young. Mr. Wuebben received his MBA from Boston University and his BA from the University of Michigan.
