Gabriel Steele Bio

Gabriel Steele represents public and private companies in connection with securities law matters, major strategic transactions, corporate governance, capital markets transactions and private financings. He regularly advises clients on mergers, proxy contests, tender offers, stock offerings and periodic Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations. He advises corporate insiders on SEC reporting obligations and compliance with insider trading laws. Gabe also focuses on Maryland corporate law as it relates to real estate investment trusts and other entities. While in law school, Gabe served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Glenn T. Harrell, Jr. of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He was the recipient of the Bridgewater M. Arnold Prize for Commercial Law and graduated summa cum laude.
