Gaku Suzuki Bio

Gaku Suzuki is a partner in the Restructuring/Insolvency group of N&A. He has been involved in numerous restructuring and insolvency cases, especially out-of-court insolvency cases and civil rehabilitation cases. He has represented 37 debtor companies in civil rehabilitation cases and 10 debtor companies in business turnaround ADR, which is a sort of publicly recognized scheme of Japan. He also handles a wide range of business restructuring and bankruptcy cases, on behalf of debtors for restructuring at early or later stages. He has considerable expertise in, and has handled many restructuring cases belonging to the medical/healthcare sector for many years. He has also been involved in numerous hospital and pharmacy M&A transactions.
