Gareth Hunt joined KBW in 2014 and covers Legal Services, Litigation Finance, and UK mid cap financials. Prior to joining KBW, Gareth was Head of Equity Research at Canaccord Genuity Europe, where he covered large capitalisation UK Banks as a member of the top five Extel ranked UK Financials team. Earlier in his career, Gareth was a founding Partner of BIM LLP, a UK based long-short equity hedge fund, and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs. He graduated from Oxford University in 1996 with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
