Gareth Williams-Davies Bio

Gareth is a Partner in our Corporate & Private Equity team. Gareth’s focus is on private equity, but he works on a broad range of corporate transactions. Gareth’s specialism is private equity – he advises management teams, private equity sponsors and shareholders selling their business to private equity buyers. He also advises on general M&A, growth capital and investment work. In his time at Capital, Gareth has acted on transactions backed by private equity houses such as WestBridge Capital, Averroes Capital, Connection Capital, RJD Partners, Cairngorm Capital, LDC, Foresight, Bestport Private Equity, TowerBrook, TDR Capital, FPE Capital, APSE Capital and Development Bank of Wales. Previously Gareth spent over ten years in the City of London where he attended law school prior to training and qualifying at City firm, SJ Berwin. Gareth joined Capital from US firm Reed Smith.
