Greg Thomas Bio

Greg Thomas is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking at D.A. Davidson. He has over a decade of experience advising corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border transactions; as well as capital raises, including public and private offerings of both debt and equity. Greg has closed over 50 transactions representing over $3 billion in value and several of the firm’s most high profile deals, and has received several industry awards for his accomplishments. His transaction experience spans a range of emerging growth and middle-market industries. He has developed significant experience in the technology sector, advising clients in the software, Internet and digital media, Cloud, and industrial technology subsectors. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson in 2006, Greg spent several years with one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest publicly-traded wineries, where he was responsible for business development and various corporate initiatives. He graduated from Oregon State University, magna cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in business administration and focuses in accounting and finance.
