Guy joined HealthEdge as an Operating Partner and brings over three decades of experience in the healthcare distribution, specialty pharmaceutical, and medical supply sectors. Previously, Guy served as Chairman and CEO of Dispensing Solutions, where he led the company’s growth from its acquisition by Fund I in September 2006 through its sale to PSS World Medical, Inc. in January 2011. Before joining HealthEdge, Guy was Executive Vice President for Priority Healthcare Corporation, where he helped grow the distribution division from $100 million to $1.3 billion in annual revenue. He successfully led five acquisitions and served as Chief Marketing Officer for two years. As a member of the executive team, Guy played a key role in taking PHCC public, spinning it out of its parent company, Bindley Western Industries, and creating nearly $2 billion in shareholder value in less than four years, making PHCC one of the most successful healthcare IPOs of the late 1990s.
