Guy Nachtomi Bio

Guy A. Nachtomi is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2019, Mr. Nachtomi was Chief Strategy Officer of Activision Blizzard for three years and spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs in Los Angeles where he was focused on technology, media and communications clients. Over the course of his career, Mr. Nachtomi has served as an advisor to clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to pre-IPO start-ups. He has led strategic and financial transactions including over $150 billion in completed M&A, equity offerings, and high-yield and investment grade debt issuance. In addition, Mr. Nachtomi has worked on international M&A transactions, IPOs on non-U.S. exchanges, multinational JVs, and cross-border deals into the US requiring CFIUS review. Mr. Nachtomi received a BA in History and Political Economy from Williams College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
