Guy Shalev Bio

Guy Shalev is Vice Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Adv. Shalev specializes in complex real estate transactions, sale and acquisition transactions of office buildings, commercial centers and industrial parks. Adv. Shalev advises on all aspects of initiating and establishing residential and commercial projects, including planning the outline of the land acquired; financing the acquisition and establishment of the project; managing negotiations and finalizing agreements with contractors and service providers; advising on relations with financial institutions, municipal councils and planning authorities, land taxation authorities, acquiring and leasing parties, and more. In addition, Adv. Shalev specializes in advising acquisition groups and large scale urban renewal projects. Among Adv. Shalev’s clients are Israel’s largest real estate companies, and he also represents individuals in complex real estate transactions. In 2021, Adv. Shalev was recognized by The Legal 500 in the Real Estate and Construction category.
