Iain Anderson Bio

Iain Anderson is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Singapore office. He specialises in fund formations, down-stream fund transactions, including acquisitions, co-investments and joint ventures and general partner arrangements and fund regulatory work. His clients include large global and regional private equity and hedge funds, boutique managers, smaller start-up funds and investee companies.
