Iain Mcdonald Bio

Iain Mcdonald maintains a broad commercial and corporate law practice. He advises on significant terms of business, asset purchases and sales and commercial reorganizations. Iain also conducts commercial real estate conveyancing, portfolio management transactions and assists with leasing matters. His practice includes established and early-stage corporate entities throughout our region. Iain advises on development and lending matters in the Province of Manitoba from the onset of development projects and has experience in reviewing and negotiating construction contracts. He is also a member of several firm committees including Human Resources, Library and Diversity. He has been involved in the planning of the Manitoba Bar Association Mid-Winter Conference for many years and volunteers yearly with United Way Winnipeg in a variety of roles.
