Ian Arons is a Partner and Co-Chairperson of the Investment Committee. Ian is also Co-Head of the Firm’s Diversified Industrials Industry Vertical. Ian joined TJC in 2003. Prior to TJC, Ian worked in the Global Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers. He currently serves on the board of directors of Agility, Allure Labs, Arclin, Bojangles, Bruin II, Delrin, Parts Authority, Polymer Solutions Group, Potters, RFive, RFour and Vantage Specialty Chemicals. Ian holds a B.S. degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
