Ian Braverman Bio

Mr. Braverman joined the firm in 2015. As a Vice President in the Portfolio Management group, his primary responsibilities include analyzing asset and fund-level performance of the Opportunity Funds, maintaining and tracking investment data, assisting in the fulfillment of investor requests, and enhancing investor reporting. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Braverman worked in public accounting as an audit associate at KPMG, LLP. Here he was responsible for planning and executing audits over annual reports of public and private companies within the real estate industry. Mr. Braverman holds two degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; a BS in Accountancy and an MS in Accounting. Mr. Braverman is a licensed CPA in the State of Illinois.
