Ian Jamieson Bio

Ian established the firm in 2005 after having identified a gap in the market for an independent corporate finance adviser to management teams. Ian has over thirty years of corporate finance experience and has completed over 250 transactions. He is well known to both the corporate and private equity communities and has a wealth of transaction experience ranging from multi-billion pound cross border buyouts, to deals at the smaller end of the spectrum. Transactions include household names such as Vue Cinemas, Akzo Nobel, Miller Homes, Cognita, Neptune Oil & Gas, Intertrust and Phadia. Prior to founding the firm in 2005, he was Chief Executive of Deloitte Corporate Finance and is a Chartered Accountant.
