Mr. MacTaggart joined Brynwood Partners in 1996 as a Vice President in Brynwood III and serves on the Board of Directors of all active Brynwood investments. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. MacTaggart spent six years at Merrill Lynch & Co. in both the Mergers and Acquisitions and the Corporate Finance departments.
