Ian Oxley Bio

Ian joined Silverfleet in 2005, and is responsible for transaction origination across all of the Silverfleet offices. Ian also co-led Silverfleet’s investment in Ipes. Having previously been a strategy consultant at Bain & Co, Ian started his private equity investment career at JP Morgan Partners and with more than 20 years’ private equity experience, he has completed investments in the financial and business services, consumer, and manufacturing sectors, both in Europe and the US. Ian read Mathematics at Robinson College, Cambridge University, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is the proud owner of one of the most photographed beach huts in the world, and a good deal of his spare time is taken preserving it from the elements. Ian is a keen swimmer and cyclist, and also coaches children in mathematics.
