Ian Picache Bio

Ian joined Roark as Managing Director and Chief Analytics Officer in 2021. Ian is a technology investor and entrepreneur. Prior to joining Roark, Ian co-founded Two Six Capital, one of the first investment and operating firm using data science to create an advantage in the private equity investment and value creation process. Two Six Capital was acquired by West Monroe in 2020. Ian also co-founded and was the sole investor in several ecommerce companies, including Bergine LLC (acquired by Gilt Groupe). Prior to that, Ian spent more than a decade in private equity and venture capital, investing across a wide range of industries with Technology Crossover Ventures, Vanguard Ventures and Telesoft Partners. Ian began his career at Morgan Stanley in private equity and investment banking groups. Ian received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Engineering and Economics from Dartmouth College.
