Ian Roberts Bio

Ian Roberts is a partner in our national Corporate team based in Manchester, Bristol and London specialising in complex M&A and private equity work particularly with a cross border element. Ian has acted on many high profile acquisitions disposals and financing transactions normally of a value in the range of between £10 to £250 million for entrepreneurs, both private and publicly listed companies and institutions. He has particular expertise in private equity and venture capital transactions acting for private equity houses, investors and management teams. Ian’s practice also includes advising on reorganisations, shareholders agreements, partnerships and joint ventures.
