Ianni Palandjoglou Bio

Ianni Palandjoglou is a member of the Corporate Advisory & Banking group and is based in the Houston office. Ianni is responsible for developing relationships with individuals and families who own private businesses and advising them on all matters in the corporate life cycle, including growth strategies, capital structure, financing solutions, valuation, succession planning, and liquidity events. In addition to providing strategic advice, he helps deliver the firm’s private debt, private equity, and investment advisory solutions. Prior to joining the firm, Ianni was a Commercial Middle-Market Lender at Amegy Bank, supporting family-owned businesses through various business cycles and across generations. Prior to Amegy, he was the Head of International at Cadence Bank, responsible for trade finance, trade services, and foreign exchange, and also worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Before joining Cadence, Ianni worked as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Algodonera San Nicolas, S.A., a vertically integrated textile company headquartered in Buenos Aires. Ianni serves on the board of trustees of Annunciation Orthodox School in Houston and participates in various local charitable foundations and clubs. He received a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
