Ivan Schulz Bio

Ivan Schulz is based in London. Ivan joined L Catterton Real Estate in 2017 and is now serving as Vice President, Development. With formal training in both architectural design and real estate finance, Ivan brings skills in design, development management, leasing, due diligence, and international market research. Prior to joining LCRE, Ivan worked as a Development Associate with The Jemstone Group in New York City where he focused on acquisitions and redevelopment strategies. Previously, Ivan has worked as an architectural designer in the United States and China. Ivan holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.S. in Architecture from Washington State University.
