P. Thao Le focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, and private equity fund investment transactions. In her transactional work, Thao has represented operating companies, private equity and venture funds, and portfolio companies in a wide range of industries in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other corporate transactions. Thao has experience in private investment formation and representing institutional investors in their investments in private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds and fund-of-funds, with a focus on advising on fund formation issues, operation and distribution of investment funds, and compliance with federal securities laws and general corporate and business laws.
