W. Todd Metzger Bio

W. Todd Metzger law practice focuses on the areas of corporate and real estate law, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, general corporate and business advice, and real estate transactions. Metzger has extensive experience involving the sale and purchase of a variety of transportation-related business operations, including motor carriers, property brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, equipment dealerships, and equipment leasing companies. Metzger also has experience with the corporate restructuring of companies in an effort to achieve asset protection and/or sales tax savings. He is a frequent speaker on acquisition and restructuring-related topics for transportation associations, groups, and vendors across the country.
