Yan Hui has had significant experience advising on a full spectrum of large and complex mergers and acquisitions in the Australia and New Zealand market. She has advised many ASX200 and NZX50 companies on a broad range of corporate advisory transactions. She has a particular focus on M&A and capital markets advisory for public and private companies in the General Industrials, Technology, Telecommunications and Travel sectors. Before joining Jarden, she was a Director at UBS Investment Banking in its General Industrials and TMT coverage team in Sydney. Yan Hui was born in Singapore and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce from The University of Western Australia in Perth.
