Yan Zhao Bio

​Yan Zhao is a Senior Managing Director of CITIC Capital Partners responsible for China private equity investment. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Zhao worked in the Shanghai office of EQT Partners Asia Limited as an Associate, where he focused on China buy-out investments. Before that, he was an Associate, Global Capital Markets of China International Capital Corporation (CICC), focused on equity and debt offerings. Mr. Zhao obtained his Master and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University.​​​​
