Yuval Oren is a founding partner at H-F & Co., and a member of our Corporate and M&A practice. Yuval’s practice spans the entire life cycle of technology-driven ventures. He regularly represents technology companies in their debt and equity financing transactions, as well as venture capital funds in their investment transactions. Yuval specializes in complex equity financing transactions, including unique structured deals, combination of primary and secondary securities and participation by strategic investors and financial investors. Yuval has extensive and valuable experience representing clients in M&A transactions in the Israeli high-tech industry both on the buy-side and on the sell-side, including the most prominent M&A transactions in Israel overthe last several years.
