Zach Kau Bio

Zach Kau is the Co-Head of Healthcare Public Finance at Cain Brothers. He joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2014. Zach has over 20 years of experience and works primarily with not-for-profit hospitals on a range of debt financing options including private placements, negotiated bond financings, derivatives, and FHA-insured financings. Some of his recent notable clients and transactions include debt financings for Ellis Hospital, Community Memorial Health System, Barlow Respiratory Hospital, Hendrick Health, El Centro Regional Medical Center, Methodist Hospital of Southern California, Lawrence General Hospital, NorthBay Healthcare System, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, Richmond University Medical Center, and St. Lawrence Health System. Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets in 2014, Zach was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 14 years. Zach graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
