D.B.H. Chaffe III Bio

D.B.H. Chaffe III has led an illustrious career as an entrepreneur and advisor in valuations and corporate finance. As a recognized authority in his field, Mr. Chaffe has contributed extensively to professional education and has published several significant works, including a seminal study on option pricing for private company valuations: Option Pricing as a Proxy for Discount for Lack of Marketability in Private Company Valuations, a Working Paper,” Business Valuation Review, December 1993, pp. 182-188. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding the firm, and his roles on several local and regional boards reflect his extensive contributions to our community. In 2008, Mr. Chaffe received the ACG Louisiana Lifetime Achievement Award.
